Stealing time away from Peter, is like pulling teeth - but I finally managed to hold him down long enough to do this interview. For those of you that know Peter, you know he's the most genuine person in the world. For those of you that haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet, take some time to do so - you won't be disappointed. Even my Mum loves him!
