Outage

We have to induce an outage today I'm sorry to fix some Database issues and implement some Networking changes, both of which we believe will help fix a lot of the stability problems experienced lately. The outage will happen at 1am NY EST and be for 1 - 2 hrs depending on how long the Database sync takes.
