Password Updates

Next week we will be doing an update to the site that will make all passwords case sensitive (recognizing uppercase/lowercase or capital letters).

In preparation for this make sure you know your exact password.  If you have your password saved and/or do not remember the exact case of your password you can:

Use the Forget Your Password? link

This link is located under the Member Login area of the login page.  If you do not receive your password email due to your email address not being correct or the email is blocked by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) contact us at http://support.anywebcam.com.

Update your password prior to the update

To Update Your Password:

1.                    Select Account Settings in the upper right corner of the site.

2.                    Select the Edit link next to General Account Details.

3.                    Enter your password.

4.                    Confirm your password.

The requirements for passwords are a minimum of six characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number.

example: paSsWor7

p = lowercase letter

W = uppercase letter

7 = number

Please also take this opportunity to update any details such as your account email address.
