Fix for cam/chat list not loading

We have just completed an update to the applet (the cam/chat list application) that should resolve the grey box issue many of our members have been experiencing.

If you have a version of java that is not compatible with ANYwebcam.com you will be prompted to upgrade.  All you have to do is accept the installation and Sun Java 1.4.2_03 will download and install.  You will be prompted twice.  Select Yes both times and the installation will start.

If you continue to receive the grey box after trying all of above please contact us at http://support.anywebcam.com.  Please be sure to include your Settings log.  The information in this log will help us identify and troubleshoot the issue.

Your Settings Log is located in a file named Log.txt. This file is located in your AWC_Username directory. The location of this directory can vary depending on your operating system and version of java.  In most cases it is located in C:\Documents and Settings\\.
You can open the file using Notepad. Copy the contents of the file and include it in your support incident.
