Chat server outage

Hi all,

We just had a failure with our chat system. This would of caused people to be unable to make a new connection to chat. Viewing cams would of been unaffected and users currently already on chat wouldn't of noticed a problem.

The chat system has been restarted and further enquiries will be taken to try and ensure this doesn't happen again.
