Loadbalancer Outage

Today we tried to upgrade the firmware on our Loadbalancer. We encountered a number of errors and difficulties during the upgrade process which led to a much longer outage then we'd expected. I'm very sorry for this extra outage time but we firmly believe the upgrade was essential. I'm very pleased to report that we were successful after all the problems and we hope this new firmware will bring us all much better stability.
