Site Outage - Feb 21/06

There will be some major infrastructure changes on next Tuesday as we are migrating our entire server & network to a new data center. The scheduled move is from 6:00 am  to 6:00 pm  Tuesday, 21st of February. During this move there will be some temporary servers in place that will enable the site to continue functioning, albeit on limited resources. There will be a small 5-15 minute outage at 7:30am  when the name servers are changed & then again at around 5:00 pm  when we change them back again. Other than that you should be able to access the site during the move.

We will be taking a copy of the production database at 6:00am and that will be used on the temporary servers. When we come back online with our current servers the database will be reverted to the 6:00am copy, so any posts to boards/guestbooks/surveys/votes will not be on the site after 6:00pm. Also here is a list of the services that won't be available during the 12 hour outage window:
