Due to the recent instability a lot of people have found it very difficult to access the site, broadcast and chat and generally do what we're here for, have fun. Many of our members pay for this service and we take our commitment to provide the best service possible very seriously.

While we "can't make everyone happy all the time" we feel we can offer some compensation to those who feel most effected. So, we'd like to offer those members with an active subscription with ANYwebcam.com Direct compensation for the issues they have been experiencing.

Some of our members have experienced more issues than others so we've decided to offer some different options depending on how you feel;

1) The performance issues only moderately affected my ability to access and use the site and I would like to be compensated with 3 free days of access.

2) The performance issues greatly affected my ability to access and use the site and I would like to be compensated with 7 free days of access.

3) The performance issues caused me some inconvenience but generally I have found the service acceptable.

Depending on your request we'll change the renewal date on your subscription to X days later. Please provide us with your feedback and email us at david@anywebcam.com. Please be sure to include your ANYwebcam.com username and which of the three situations above most applies to you.
