Support Wiki is Live!

The new Support Wiki is now live. We believe we've a good base of information there and the contribution from the existing Editors has already dramatically improved the available answers. This replaces the old and outdated FAQ/searchable answers we were previously using.

This site is accessible by selecting Help - FAQ in the menu or going to http://support.anywebcam.com.

The main benefit of moving to a Wiki is that we can open it up and allow lots of people to contribute directly and gather all that knowledge we know is out there!! Contributing can involve writing new answers, updating existing answers or even correcting those pesky typos and formatting issues.

We'd like to extend this invitation to all of you to participate. You have may some experience with a specific feature, type of webcam, firewall, router, ISP, etc. that you'd like to pass on to help out other members. This is your opportunity to do just that.
