Use all canned beans, drained and rinsed: Black beans Garbanzo beans Pinto beans Red kidney beans White beans (small navy) Black eyed peas
Depending on the amount of this cold salad you need, use equal portions of each type of bean. If you have others you like, add them. Don’t have all of them, leave some out. At least 3 types of beans are necessary, but 5 is my preference.

Fruit Dip

1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1c. plain yougurt 2tsp. vanilla table sugar or honey
Using a hand mixer, cream the cheese till fluffy Add vanilla and yougurt till blended and smooth Add table sugar or honey to taste. You don’t want it to be too sweet!
